    • VIP & Leyanda Tickets are 21+ access only
    • Children 5 and under do not require a ticket (but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult)
  • Your ticket is a single wristband worn both days
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed
  • Wristband registration required
  • Show will take place rain or shine
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice
  • All sales are final - no refunds
  • There is an 8 ticket limit
  • No re-entry
  • The name on the original order cannot be changed

If you meet the requirements below and your cart is eligible, you can select Klarna at checkout. To sign up, you’ll need:

  • A U.S.-issued debit or credit card,
  • To be 18 years of age or over,
  • A SMS-capable phone number and
  • A U.S. residential address. 


You can opt to pay with Klarna by following these steps:

  1. Add item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. Only the total purchase amounts that qualify will be offered the option to pay using Klarna.
  2. Select Klarna at the checkout to pay for your purchase.
  3. View and select your preferred Klarna payment option.
  4. Once you've finished your selections through Klarna be sure to go back to the AXS tab to complete your purchase.
  5. You can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulted payment plan orders will receive a credit of all funds paid that can be used towards future Vibra Urbana purchases.
  • Credit expires 12 months from issuance. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full

Shipping Info

  • Make sure to input a valid shipping address at time of purchase
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately
  • Packaging is not considered part of the order and condition of packaging is not guaranteed
  • There is an $8 domestic shipping fee for all GA, GA+ and VIP purchases, and $20 domestic shipping fee for Leyenda purchases. Add $25 for international orders
  • Shipping fee is the same for wristband orders being picked up at will call
  • Wristband shipping will begin in early 2024 and may take a few weeks to complete - please be patient
  • Wristbands will ship via UPS Mail Innovations
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances - no exceptions
  • Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped due to any circumstances whatsoever (lost, stolen, errors, forgot something, dog scared the postman, stuck in limbo, not shipped, returned to sender, etc.) will be required to be picked up at Will Call by the original purchaser
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed. Please also check your spam folder. Vibra Urbana and AXS are not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery
