Losing something is never fun, but Guest Services is here to help! We've got multiple ways to assist you in finding your lost stuff. Learn preventative measures ahead of arriving and where to view found items in real time!


Register your phone and update your wallpaper with the provided lock screen. If it’s ever returned to Lost & Found, the team will scan the unique code on there to promptly contact you about your item! Learn More

  • Don’t see your item? Fill out an Alert. By creating an Alert, you’ll get notified when an item in your category gets turned in. So, no need to constantly revisit an Information Tent between sets!
  • See your item? Claim it! Submit a Claim and our Guest Services team will get back to you as soon as possible with pick-up instructions or mailing options.

Lost & Found FAQ

  • Where is Lost & Found located?

    Lost & Found will be located at the Guest Services booth, inside the festival near the lockers, on show days and on the Monday following at the Box Office from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

  • What if I left the event?

    If you missed us during the event, we recommend filling out an Alert. If you’ve made a claim for an item you believe is yours, and we’ve verified ownership, you can select shipping from your confirmation email.

  • How updated is the inventory on the Lost & Found page?

    Items are added to the website as soon as they are turned in to our staff. The website has the most up-to-date inventory at the time of checking. Create an Alert for new item updates!

  • What if I found something at the event? Where do I turn it in?

    Take found items to any Guest Services booth directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or crowd management.

  • I see my item! How do I get it back?

    Submit a Claim for the item. We’ll ask for additional details to verify ownership. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped!

  • What if I don't see my item on the website?

    We recommend filling out an Alert. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.

  • What if I think my item was stolen?

    We recommend filing a police report with the Miami Police Department
